Tonight was Charlotte's night and she had been dying to go back to the club and just party it up and dance all night long. So far Catherine or Mikeh wouldn't be able to go. Shrugging her shoulders she really didn't mind because for once she would be able to go out by herself and check out all the gorgeous guys on the town. It would've been fun with some girlfriends but they were all busy. That was life! Oh well, and she had to move and just dance around, maybe she would end up seeing Cj there. The cute gorgeous bouncer at the club, the tall one everyone of her friends called him that. Laughing at that thought she shook her head back and forth and just remembering the good old days back when she was young. She missed those days. She still was young, but she was an adult now with a life. Growing up on her own without a mother since five years old was tough. She had an older brother who took care of her but she didn't have a mother. She needed one. Especially in those times where you really wanted to talk to them about sex, or love or relationships, and work. It was just hard sometimes and Charlotte missed that. As she thought about most of things that happened in her life she shrugged once more and casually stepped out of the cab, she didn't feel like driving this time. If Charlotte got drunk she would just call and ask someone to pick her up or maybe ask a few of her co workers to take her home. It wasn't that hard? Just to simply go up to them and ask them. Sighing she bit her lip as she heard the music bouncing inside already, Char was ready to dance and have a good time. Walking right passed the bouncer, it seemed like Cj, was it? She smiled and nodded, " Hey there! Come join me later," she muttered and went inside to start dancing along to the music of Katy Perry, hot n' cold. She loved the song and it had a good beat, but she was just wasn't sure what mood of music she was in for. Oh well it wasn't her club. words; 380 something with out codes? lyrics; hot n cold - katy perry. mood; fun and anxious. notes; aww. cute. <3 clothes; her outfit[/ul][/blockquote]

and all she wants is to dance that's why you'll find her on the floor, but you don't have a chance unless you move the way that she likes. that's why she's goin' home with me tonight. A raised brow told the world a million stories, but they all seemed to start with You Must Be Kidding. With the shake of his head, Colton turned away a few girls who seemed a little too trashy to enter the establishment. Twilight, however popular it was, still had a policy. And skanks wasn't part of it, unless they were wearing seven hundred dollar heels and gorgeous. Besides; these ladies seemed to be on the clock, and Colton had no toleration for streetwalkers.
"You're an asshole!" A blond screamed. Her voice loud enough to both bring attention to herself, and sting the inside of Colton's ears with a ringing he'd much rather have lived without.
"Ah, flattery will get you no where." he said, sarcastically, "You're not getting in." and continued, as a known record label manager made his way to the front of the line, with the words "CeeeeJaaaay" upon his lips. Slipping past the whining denied, the two exchanged the classic knuckle knock, before the man made his way inside with a lady on his arm. "You're still here?" He asked, looking back at them, almost as if he was surprised.
And that was all it took, for them to leave. Colton was glad; normally, there was about twenty more minutes of bickering before the insults finally got to them, and they took off in a huff. And tonight was not the night to deal with it. With his hands folded across his broad chest, Colton's eyes focused on the cab that had just pulled itself in front of that very club, and a slight smile overcame his lips as a familiar brunette jumped out and made her way toward him.
Colton made way for her to enter.
"Hey there! Come join me later." the bouncing brunette said, as she walked past Cj with a friendly smile. The tall man, who was normally quite broody, nodded with a smile. Of course he would join her. His shift ended soon, and as far as he knew, he had nothing else to do tonight, but sit alone in his empty condo with an up-opened book next to his pillow.
"I'm with her." A voice sprang from the crowd, putting his hand up, as he walked around that golden rope, and tried to pass for someone he wasn't. Colton's smile faded almost immediately, pressing the flat of his palm against the man's chest, and staring him down, as if he was ready to literally pick him up and toss him into the street.
"Yeah, I don't think so... nice try. Back of the line." Colton's voice commanded. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed a few ladies, that could easily be called Twilight Regulars, and boy were they dressed for the occasion. With a slight shove, Colton moved the man from his personal space, and moved aside, as the regulars passed him with hugs, smiles and a single kiss on the cheek in thanks to their favorite bouncer.
Eight minutes, and counting. Eight minutes, and he'd find his sweet release in a nice cold bottle and a dance with a co-worker, he considered his friend. tagg,, char, anyone. status,, open thread. the duds,, appearance and outfit that beat,, lovestoned (cover) - alejandro manzano word count,, 718 w/codes & notes pretty thoughts,, mmmmmm.

You change your mind. Like a girl changes clothes, Yeah you P.M.S. Like a bitch (chick), I would know. And you over think, Always speak cryptically. I should know, That you're no good for me. After awhile Charlotte got a little tipsy with a few shots of tequila, and she would eventually drink a little more with Cj. She looked behind her as a few guys tried to get in, she worked there it wasn't as if she was waiting in line. That would be the day really. Anyways, Char heard a few groans and grunts as they frustratingly looked at her. They all complained to Cj, poor Cj, she felt so bad for him. He was a bouncer and he did let her in before everyone. "Why does she get to go in!" Char then heard one of the other bouncers telling him that she worked there. She just smiled and continued to walk further inside the club, the music bouncing all around. The lights flashing different colors. It was nice here at club Twilight. Sometimes it got a little out of hand though. Char had been working there since freshman year of college, and she was in her last year so she might end up staying there for quite sometime. Maybe move up to a manager. That would be nice, she thought. "Hey Zac, do you think I would be a good manager?" she asked one of the main bartenders that worked at twilight on her night off. It was fun talking to Zac. He was a sweet guy. Most of the guys Char hung out with were usually those tough wannabe egotistical guys, not like Cj though. He was different. Char heard a few guys outside talking and she thought she might go hit on some and get some numbers, but she really wasn't seeing anyone soon. "Come on baby, would you care for a dance?" some hot boy with blonde hair asked her to go on the dance floor. Sure she said yes, but he insisted and dragged her out while he was grinding up on her. She was a little uncomfortable, and she tried to find Cj so he could help her. After awhile of dancing, she still felt weird although she had a few drinks in her system. "Um....I...I have to go......please...let me go..." she pleaded and sorta glanced up over to see if Catherine was here to help her out but she wasn't. Great, just great. She tried to push out of the way but he just wouldn't budge. words; 500 w/ out codes. lyrics; hot n cold - katy perry. mood; happy clothes; ooc; i changed her outfit again. <3 lol! here![/blockquote]

and all she wants is to dance that's why you'll find her on the floor, but you don't have a chance unless you move the way that she likes. that's why she's goin' home with me tonight. Well, it was about damn time. It was almost twenty minutes past his schedule, and though twenty minutes seemed like nothing when partying - when you were on the outside, looking in and on your last nerve, it was a lot more difficult to cope.
As Colton made his way inside the loud club, the flashing lights provided him with the sight of bodies having fun, but not quite enough to see who these bodies belong to. It didn't seem much to matter, though. He figured, he'd might as well head to the bar for a beer and wait. It never took Char too long to find him and drag him out to the dance floor for some fun. Colton wasn't the type of guy to take fun too seriously, if he did it at all. Of course, the way he behaved around women and men, had a lot to do with that. Guys turned his anger on; made him feel that he had to take command, and be the alpha. With the ladies, he was much more sweet and less closed off. Especially if they were his friends.
Finally making his way to the bar, Coltons lapped his hand upon it gentally, before turning his back and letting his eyes scan that crowded floor. the bartender slid him his regular brand, and like any other employee of this place, made no attempt to charge him. Colton brought the bottle to his lips, and let the cool liquid wash in his mouth as the bottle sweat in his hand. With the drink in mid traction, Colton's eyes finally set themselves on something familiar. bright gold clothing reflecting off from the lights, and a brunette hiding within the fabric and very much in distress. Setting his bottle down, Colton made his way through the crowd, to find himself in front of a friend and a blond with no respect and too much alcohol in his system.
"I think the lady said let go." Colton's bold voice swept through the music around them, as the boy turned and looked up at him with a smile. It wasn't odd for a man to look up to Colton; he was over the average male's size, and not to mention his boots gave him a good two inches, if more. It didn't seem to intimidate the man, though. Which, brought Colton to believe that he was a little more drunk than he came off as.
"This one's mine, brother. Go play hero, somewhere else." The blond spat and raised his hand to Colton's shoulder as if he were giving friendly advice. Without thinking, CJ grabbed the man's hand and twisted it; pulling it aound until it was facing the ceiling agianst the blond's back. "You aught to learn not to put your hands on people, brother." Colton suggested, slightly taunting him. Still holding the man in a lock, CJ looked over to Char and his face that was moments ago filled with fury turned to concern. "Are you alright?"
