this average sized condo has two bedrooms, a rather welcoming living area, and though the kitchen and bathroom aren't your mansion quality, this little didy is the perfect space for two occupents to live together without feeling crammed. it started out as a happy house (which means, the owner was looking for someone to take care of it, and in return, they got to live there, rent-free), but after a while, was given to colton. it's a paid for lot, so the rent isn't a problem, but every once in a while, the previous owner will pop in for a few days of company.
