How old are you?Turned twenty-five on July 16th.
Are you in school or going to work? If so, what are are you in, or where do you work?I graduated a year early with a business degree, and the first thing i did was open up my own nightclub. So far, it's going pretty well, and it's been about two years running, and though I know that things always eventually fail, I don't think that's near.
Are you married, dating, or single?I'm divorced, actually, and right now, I'm single. I have a lot on my plate, and though it doesn't stop me from dating; it does limit my options for a serious relationship. I have my daughter to take care of, and a nephew to get to know, so things are slowly panning out.
What significant events have happened in your history?making it out of my hometown, was something I had to work very hard for. In my old neighborhood, the best you could hope for was that you'd be able to sell some good shit, and not get arrested. When I got accepted to a college here, I took it up, and left everything behind.
My junior year I actually fell in love, and married someone who I believed to be the woman of my dreams. She was fine with the money and the marriage, but the pregnancy must have been too much for her. The idea of being a mother scared the living hell out of her, and well...she left us when was only six days old.
My baby sister went and got herself killed, a while back. Now, her best friend is taking her place as mother for my nephew, and I'm trying my hardest to help them out and be there for them. They're really the only family I have left, besides Haley, and well...I haven't seen Tyson since he was born so, we have a lot of catching up to do.
The day I opened my nightclub, changed my life forever. Though it was a process getting there, it solved all my financial problems, and prevented me from falling into my father's footsteps.
What are five things you like? It's no secret that I'm completely swooned by the opposite sex. It's hard to find a single thing that I don't like about a woman, and any lady that I've ever had hasn't had any complaining. There's only three things you have to do to stay on my radar; respect yourself, because to to me there's nothing like a lady. Know how to have fun, honestly, being yourself is a large turn-on, even if it's not what other's expect. The sheer confidence makes you glow that much brighter. Shake it up a bit, every guy likes it when his girl talks him up; play the bad girl every once in a while. I love the sound of a woman's voice talking dirty.
I also like Art, music and I have a high fondness for wine. Those three things will be all that you'll ever have any escape. Not to mention, romance. And as a hopeless romantic, I find these things to be my rescue, often. And it pleases me to know that my baby girl also finds them interesting, at her young age.
Now, you should all know that my daughter is my life and my club is my second priority, but every now and then, the sound of pounding in my head, is a bit overwhelming. When the most vile of liquids known to man, just aren't enough, I like to find my way back to my apartment, and take on a three day nap with that special lady or spend hours on end playing barbies and helecopter with Haley.
What are five things you hate? There isn't a lot of things in the world that I find compelling to resist. Although, dancing isn't exactly my strong point. Sure, any idiot can swing to the music, but when the beat starts to bump, my ass is planted nicely against a stool at my bar, or in the comfort of the VIP section. So, ladies, don't be distressed if I will you off the dance-floor, because, I swear, I'm doing you a favor just by knowing that I can't dance and not putting anyone through the pain of watching.
Casualties aside, something that I can't stand is to be alone. You'll hardly ever see me without a bud by my side or a lady on my arm. Now, I'm not saying I'm a woman-izer, because that's just about the furthest thing from the truth. I just like to know that at the end of the day, there's always a someone in my life. I suppose, my abandonment issues haven't quite passed yet.
People picking around in my past and my family. It's true that not a lot can get to me, but when someone just keeps picking at the sore of my life, it drives me crazy. I'm not known to snap at a woman for any means, but my tension gets pretty thick when any past-orientated subject comes up, and I often try to change the subject. Any woman who won't let it go, gets walked out on, and any guy gets a face full of fist.
What do you think is your best personality feature?Overall, I'm very well rounded. This twenty-five year old career man you're staring at has a very manipulative personality. All my life I've known how to talk my way into getting what I wanted, taking something away from someone, or just doing it to get ahead of the game. I'm good with my body language, and know just what to say when the time comes.
I have a clear head, most of the time. I'm usually one to think with my mind and not his emotions, which gets me far in my chosen career, instead of being held back by attachments.
I also have a high respect for women, but at the same time, think that if a bitch can hit you like a man than she can be hit like one. No, I'm kidding. I really don't - and anyone who does is going to hear it from my fists. Although, I do know better than to treat a girl like a lady when she wants to be treated like one of the boys. It tends to get you punched in the face, just to have a point proven.
What is your worst personality feature?Though it's not often, I have been known to have some-what of a temper mental personality. When something makes me angry enough to where I wants to hit things, this normally tend to break everything in sight. Haley is the thing that calms me down, most of the time. Just knowing that it's not right for her to see me taking out my frustrations physically. I'd give anything in the world, for her never to be afraid of me. That would break me.
I suppose you say i used to be a borderline alcoholic - like my father, but since Hales was born, I've taken it down, which isn't so bad most of the time. I'm not the kind to get angry, instead of friendly, while under the influence, but it is shown that my strong-willed decision making and judgment is corrupted, when I find it hard to tell the difference between right and wrong. This act has gotten me in trouble ranging from almost sleeping with an under - aged girl to almost killing a man.
How would you describe your appearance? My style depends on my mood and the events, really. Most of the time I'm very laid back, with nothing more than jeans, a t-shirt, and my converse sneakers. Especially, when I'm hanging out with Hales and Tyson at the park. Maybe even a long-sleve, sweater or hoodie if it's cold out.
Of course, when I go to work, I always dress to impress. You have to keep up appearances just to keep a nightclub running smoothly. And people who think they're friends with the owner, always seem to bring in the best customers.
Dress for the occassion, is my motto.
