uwajimaya is a family-owned supermarket chain, selling mainly asian food—with an emphasis on japanese—though it also stocks western staples. it's been growing since 1928 and sells one personal recipe weekly.

a nice little place to buy groceries and all your general home products. it's there for you when you aren't in the mood for take out anymore and want to try on some home cooking. no matter if you're a vegan, a credited chef, cooking for your family or just have a sweet tooth, there's something for everyone.

need a cool down during an oddly warm day? well stop here, a cute little ice cream parlor that's been a thriving business since the town's inception.

starbucks sells drip brewed coffee, espresso-based hot drinks, other hot and cold drinks, snacks, and items such as mugs and coffee beans. best place in town for coffee and cappuccinos. now, the prices are a little steep, but it's so worth it when you take in the aroma of fresh coffee and if anything in this world is true; coffee is your friend.

seattle parks and recreation's special gardens are some of seattle's most beautiful and inspiring places. they offer respite from the city's noise, quiet places to sit and reflect, and a riot of color and fragrance in the spring.

the cemetery is larger than one would think for a small town. sadly, kids like to come out here on dares at night, but some of the spots tend to be romantic for those morbid type couples.

woodland park zoo saves animals and their habitats through conservation leadership and engaging experiences, inspiring people to learn, care and act.

myrtle edwards park has a 1.25-mile winding bike and pedestrian paths along elliott bay, fantastic views of the olympics mountains, mount rainier, and puget sound, easy access from downtown and easy connection to bike paths to magnolia.

condominiums are like apartments, only more expensive and slightly more livable. if you'd like to fork out the little extra cash, you could be living rather comfortably in one of these.

penthouses are for those with some money that can afford an upgrade from a condo. these are commonly located on the top of a one of the better buildings, but not always.

lofts are commonly for those who don't want to be tracked down or detected by the police or others for that matter. many are run down or out of use and have many creatures running around, but others are spotless.

everyone has one, they are a useful piece of technology when you are in a jam or when you are just too lazy and you text someone to get what you need said. either way, cellphones can be useful and fun, so why not give someone a text or call a friend.

whether it's being burnt out from thread after thread, or just plain boredom, we should have games here for you to play. post up your own games to test on the site and give people something to do while they wait for someone to reply to them.
